300g Mini king oyster mushroom
A thumb size of ginger
Lettuce leave for garnishing
Roasted sesame seeds for garnishing
2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tbsp. premium black bean sauce
- 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. mushroom sauce
- 1/3 cup coca cola
- Clean mushroom thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels;
- Heat wok with 2 tbsp. of oil;
- Add mushroom, pan fry until lightly brown;
- Add ginger, pan fry together with the mushroom until the ginger turn brown;
- Add seasoning, mix well and pan fry for a minute;
- Add coca cola, simmer until the sauce thicken.
- Dish out, garnish with lettuce leave and roasted sesame seeds.
