Ingredients

材料

Recipe for Stir Fried Soy Bean knot 炒黄豆结

500g Fresh soy bean knot
1 Chili
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp thick mushroom sauce
A thumb size of ginger
1 cup water
Oil for deep frying
500克鲜豆结
1条辣椒
1汤匙酱油
2汤匙蘑菇酱油膏
一拇指大生姜
1杯水

Preparation

准备材料


Wash the soy knot and deep fried it until lightly brown, drain off the oil
豆结洗净然后拿去油炸它直到棕色,沥干油


Cut the chili and ginger into thin strip

Cooking Methods:
1. Heat wok with 2 tbsp cooking oil
2. Add ginger and chili, fry till fragrance
3. Add fried soy bean knot, fry for one minutes
4. Add soy sauce, mushroom sauce and water. Mixed well.
5. Simmer for 30 minutes.

1。炒锅烧热与2汤匙食油;
2。加入生姜和辣椒,炒至香味出来;
3。加入豆结,炒1分钟;
4。加入酱油,蘑菇酱油膏和水。混合好所有材料。
5。闷煮30分钟即可。

      It is a commercial sauce aka vegetarian osyster sauce. You can find it at supermarket or Asian grocery store. Thank you for your liking.
