Stir Fried Sweet Corn with Mushroom Sauce

甜玉米炒油膏

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sweet Corn
  • 1 tbsp. mushroom sauce
  • 3 slice ginger
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil
  • ¼ cup water

Cooking Directions:

1. Cut sweet corn into 1 inch section, then halve;

2. Heat wok with 1 tbsp. cooking oil, brown ginger;

3. Add sweet corn, stir fried for a minute;

4. Add mushroom sauce, mixed well;

5. Add water, simmer until the sauce thicken; and

6. Dish out
