Tofu and Veggie Tortilla Wrap
1 tomato, chopped
2 pieces tofu
Some mustard sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. oil for pan fry
- Cut tofu into thick strips, season with salt and black pepper. Pan fried.
- Tomato, cut into strips. Drain with paper towel.
- Clean assorted vegetable.
- Heat the tortillas on oil free pan.
- Arrange all the ingredients in the middle of the tortilla, squeeze some mustard on top and wrap it up.
